Automated replenishment of pallets, but manual order picking, still the fastest way.

The gravity lanes are equipped with rollers. Pallets weighing between 150kg and 1.2t flow towards the order picking area. Speed controllers regulate the flow speed of the pallets to a maximum of 0.3m/s.

The length of the storage lanes can vary according to capacity, the quantity of pallets and the characteristics of goods handled.

Goods are always available in the order picking area making routes for operators very short.

In most cases, the operator is guided from one area to another via a display mounted on the picking truck.

The picking areas are designed taking ergonomic considerations into account.

This system allows up to 270 picks per hour per operator. In accordance with the labor code, the maximum weight of each container shall not exceed 12kg.

The assembled orders are therefore ready for dispatch.

Empty pallets can be retrieved on a return lane.
