Belt Curve type 4312 is especially made for robust operations, i.e. for parcels services, airports etc. It has a Because of its solid components it has a long-lasting
durability. Innovative new technology marks this new generation; thus the tracking profile is led by spring steel fasteners at the external track. The PU-profile is neither
stitched nor bonded. Therefore it can be inserted into the spring steel fasteners without disturbing seams. For this reason the profile can be easily exchanged without replacement
of the complete belt.

The diameter of the end idler is 120 mm, the length is 100 mm. They have solid deep groove ball bearings each, and additionally they are crowned in order to minimize frictional
forces. The cylindrical end idler of 80 mm ensure a trouble-free transition to continuing conveyors or reverse. Solid galvanized steel plates are providing for the necessary
firmness. Due to sliding plates of 3 mm, high loadings of the belt track are possible. The new drive system is extraordinary: Screwed PA teeth ensure a positive-fit drive. The
driving power can be transferred without belt tension. Nevertheless, if the belt should be destroyed, it is very easy to change the belt due to the swivelling tracking
brackets.
Airports and other tasks can be provided with a flame resistant belt. The low overall height T.O.B. of only 200 mm is of advantage, as well.
