Interroll speed controllers are integrated into conveyor rollers of 80 mm diameter. Their advanced centrifugal mechanics regulate smoothly the speed of passing pallets of various
weights up to 1.200 daN. at a constant maximum of 0.3 m/s. A dynamic braking system increases braking power according to weight. Risks of damage to material handled or hazards for
operators are drastically reduced.
Interroll uses one speed controller for each pallet position in order to ensure a safe and constant flow of pallets.
