MultizoneControl Z-Card


Product Description

The Z-Card is a highly flexible system designed as a four-zone controller. It enables a zero pressure accumulation conveyor system to be set up with EC200/300 or BT100 fully compliant with IP54 protection rate.



Functions
  • Accumulation conveyor function for up to 4 RollerDrives BT or EC
  • Speed adjustment by means of a rotary coding switch
  • Visually decoupled I/O acts as an interface to external controls
  • Fault indication
  • NPN or PNP switching logic

There are two different versions of Z-Card:

1- Z-Card BT: Special BT RollerDrives with a variety of cable lengths and plugs are available for use with the BT Z-Card. The design is especially suitable for system components with a low throughput rate.

2- Z-Card EC: The RollerDrive EC200/300 is connected directly via an adapter cable, meaning that no DriveControl is needed.
The RollerDrive EC100 can be connected by means of an external DC-EC100 control.

Configuration
The Z-Card is very simple to configure on different conveyor types due to the use of a rotary coding switch and slide switch. Various versions of conveyor are available:
  • Block pull-off or individual pull-off
  • Individual pull-off with external signal integration via I/Os
  • Motor starter without logic
