The rollers are specially designed for storage systems. The rollers used in dynamic storage are 60 mm in diameter and the system guarantees a smooth flow for heavy pallets
even on long lanes which can carry up to 50 pallets.
A safety separator at the end of the lanes isolates the pallets to be unloaded. It holds the accumulated line of pallets in the lane and prevents the front pallet from
being subjected to the pressure exerted by the line of pallets behind.
A speed controller integrated in the rollers limits the running speed of each pallet to 0.3 m/s.
Control: The WMS naturally knows the origin and destination of the incoming and outgoing items and where they are stored, controls the order picking and guides the
operators.
The interface with other systems and local networks is very simple to install.
