RollerDrive BT100

With a continuous power output of 11 watts, the BT100 is the entry product in the RollerDrive series and is suitable for conveyors with an hourly throughput of up to 600 containers (600 cycles). Its uncomplicated control facilitates integration into a variety of systems.
It requires no special controller with current limitation. With a service life of 6000 hours, it can convey up to 14 million containers using common zone lengths (700 mm). With a noise level of only 47 dB (A), the BT100 is the quietest drive roller. This is achieved by a one and two-speed, helical polymer planetary gear and a clutch. The construction of RollerDrive BT100 enables it to comply with DIN EN 60034 1:1998/A11: 2002 and is only classified as a minor nuisance.
