The Thailand-based company, MMP Corporation Limited, and the American company Fair Market, Inc. have one thing in common: They guarantee a high throughput, automatic warehouse control and careful handling of their fast-moving products stored in their First-In-First-Out flow storage systems which also enjoy a return on interest (ROI) of 2 to 3 years only. While MMP stores various pallets lengthwise on dynamic storage modules with full-width rollers, Fair Market has opted for the crosswise storage of its pallets, similar to GMA pallets, on flow storage modules with roller tracks.

MMP Corporation Limited, founded in 1988, is Thailand's largest producer of cling film and stretch film - primarily for use with foodstuffs - both in the home and in
industry and annually produces 40,000 tonnes of film products for national and global distribution.
Production line and new flow storage perfectly combined
MMP combined two key elements by investing in a new production line and a pallet flow storage system. While the innovative "M Wrap" machine guarantees the fast
production of the hygienic PVC food packaging film, the new Interroll flow storage system, connected to the production line, is pitched at fast distribution. The M Wrap keeps food
fresh and aromatic right across the globe - in private homes, pubs and restaurants and industrial packaging machinery. The products move from the production line directly
into the flow storage system and are called up by an automated Warehousing Management System.
The compact flow storage system stores a total of 2,907 pallets of different types lengthwise on modules using full-width rollers, with 153 gravity lanes, each 19 pallets deep,
arranged over three levels. The flow storage solution was first tested in Interroll Thailand's test centre to guarantee its flexibility to handle Chep, Loscam, timber and
plastic pallets weighing up to 1,050 kg (2,315 lbs.) per pallet.
